Former cop not guilty in gun store shooting
Bacher initially faced three charges, including misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
Dean pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana in the incident and was sentenced to a one year of probation and 10 days in jail. According to a search warrant affidavit, police discovered marijuana in the cab of his vehicle after the shooting.
